Takes a little getting used to, but once you get into a good rhythm, it is pretty much the same workout as laps. Can't beat the convenience of it either--You obviously can't really track an exact distance, but with a good waterproof watch, you can time yourself and get a good idea of your distance. Definitely gives you a good workout.

This cord works great at keeping me in one place although I dont have a gate around my pool which made it a little difficult to find something to attach to.
