Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $75 within the continental U.S.
For orders under $75 standard shipping is $8.95 within the continental U.S. Most orders ship out within 24 hours of purchase. We do not ship items on Saturday or Sunday. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days by FedEx and UPS. ToySplash will email you a tracking number link so you can find out where your package is and when it will arrive. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's.
Express shipping charges are calculated in the checkout process based on product weights and dimensions. Express shipping prices are estimated by FedEx and UPS and may not always be accurate. ToySplash representatives will contact you if additional express shipping charges apply. Some products cannot be express shipped.
ToySplash never charges handling fees. Ground shipping for residents of Canada is $28.95. Canada orders must pay any additional brokerage fees at time of delivery. ToySplash does not ship internationally at this time.
