I have tried multiple floation devices for my children and this one is by far the best device I have found. The power swimmer keeps my child above water and does a excellent job in helping him learn to swim. Other devices we have found may rub the childs arm this device does not. My child has several floation devices but this is the ONLY one he will wear due to the comfort. Holly Greeneville TN
