I have a boster seat in my spa and it stays just fine, if you follow the directions and fill it with water it stays in place just fine.

To all that are buying marbles, fill the seat up with water and it wont float!

This item would be a definite TWO star product, if my husband had not read a review of it elsewhere. The trick is marbles. You'll have to buy maybe 4 or more bags of them at your local dollar store. Pop the marbles in through the "fill" hole in the bottom (an interesting excercise in agility if you're actually sitting IN the spa) and you've got enough weight so the cushion won't float away or out from under you. Thanks to whoever wrote that original review.

Product Details:

At ToySplash, we know that sometimes water fun doesn't seem to be made for everyone and that is why we love the Spa and Hot Tub Booster Seat. There is no reason you should have to sacrifice the fun and relaxation of a spa or hot tub just because you're shorter than average. Adjust the height of the seat to your taste; fill it all the way for kids or just a little bit for a small boost. This 15-inch by 13-inch by 4-inch seat fills easily with a regular garden hose and the heavy duty, heat resistant seat attaches to seats with suction cups. You'll never believe how much better spa time can be when you bring home this ToySplash favorite!
